The Harvest Knowledge website is the up-to-date source for all HV-100 support documentation AND the all new HV-100 real-time Dashboard.   It is a portal for our customers to obtain a wide range of detailed information about their robots including a variety of documentation, training videos, support materials, and the latest robot usage reports.  Each customer has their own secure, unlimited and private access privileges.  The site can be found at https://knowledge.harvestai.com.  Customers requiring a login and password should contact Customer Support at support@harvestai.com

Dashboard

The new Dashboard is a webpage that links directly to your robots on a local WiFi network.  With this, everyone on site can see the productivity and status of the robots that day.  Updates are provided every minute the robots are connected.  Whether it is on your office computer or smartphone, everyone in the organization has access to key performance indicators, even when offsite.

  • Operators can keep track of the numbers of pots moved and get instant help with errors the robots may have.  

  • Supervisors can see if the work completed is on track to meet daily targets.  

  • Service personnel can see if any hardware problems are showing up that may be impacting productivity and in need of their attention.

  • Reports are available that include detailed lifetime stats on performance and function of your HV-100 robots.  

  • Lifetime stats for your robots is also published.
